We only process data necessary to provide secure authentication, enforce access controls, and maintain infrastructure security:
- Authentication Data (Google OAuth): When you sign in using Google Single Sign-On (SSO), we receive basic profile information authorized by you through Google's consent screen. This typically includes your email address, display name, and profile avatar.
- Uninvited or Unauthorized Login Attempts: When an authentication attempt is initiated via Google OAuth, Google transmits basic profile data (such as email address and name) pursuant to your consent. If you are not an authorized, invited user, access is immediately denied (HTTP 403) and no user account or database record is created. To protect the security and integrity of our private infrastructure, records of access and authentication attempts (including the associated email address, timestamp, IP address, and authorization result) are recorded in rolling operational and security audit logs on local storage.
- Authentication Session Cookies: We do not use advertising, tracking, analytics, or third-party cookies. We only issue strictly necessary, encrypted, HTTP-only first-party session cookies solely to maintain your authenticated session across our private services.
- Technical & Access Logs: Standard technical metadata (including IP addresses, timestamps, requested URIs, HTTP response codes, and user agents) is recorded in server access and reverse proxy logs on local storage for all incoming requests (whether successful or not).
3. How We Use Information
The information collected is used strictly for the following purposes:
- Authenticating authorized, invited users and associating their accounts with access permissions across our private services.
- Monitoring system health, performance, and diagnosing technical issues.
- Detecting, preventing, and investigating unauthorized access attempts, security threats, and system abuse via operational audit logs.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

5. Data Retention & Storage-Based Rotation
- Account Data: For invited users, account information is stored securely on private infrastructure and retained only for as long as your invited account remains active.
- Operational & Audit Logs: Technical access logs and failed authentication records are stored locally on an ephemeral basis. They are maintained solely for operational diagnostics and infrastructure security, and are automatically overwritten and purged through routine system log rotation based on disk storage capacity and standard rotation schedules.
You may request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us at webmaster@radagak.com. For uninvited visitors who attempted authentication, no persistent user accounts exist; transitory audit log entries are purged automatically through routine system log rotation.
